Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Vouchers can only be exchanged for items of a higher price than its face value on payment of the difference.
2. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Change will be given to a maximum of £1.00 if the voucher is tendered for item(s) less than its full value.
4. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be refunded.
5. We reserve the right not to accept vouchers which may be damaged or defaced.
6. Vouchers are not valid at Baby ABodes, Gidleigh Park, Bath Priory, Amberley Castle, Lower Slaughter Manor, The Slaughters Country Inn and Buckland Manor.
7. Vouchers will be sent by recorded mail and will incur a postage charge of £5.90. Alternatively, vouchers can be collected from the hotel without incurring this postage charge.
